Frequently asked questions

Everything patients usually ask before visiting. Can't find yours? Ask us directly — a doctor replies, not a bot.

Appointments & visits

How do I book an appointment?

Book online in 60 seconds, message us on WhatsApp, or call directly. We confirm your slot within a few hours. Walk-ins are also welcome — same-day slots are usually available.

What does a first visit look like?

A consultation with the doctor (not an assistant), a full examination and a written treatment plan with transparent pricing. You leave knowing your options, the timeline and the exact cost.

How much does a consultation cost?

Consultations are ₹500 and are adjusted against treatment if you proceed the same visit. Check-ups at our monthly health camps are free.

Do you see patients on Sunday?

Sundays are by appointment only (10:30 AM – 1:00 PM). Call ahead and we'll arrange a slot for urgent needs.

What if I'm late or need to reschedule?

Life happens. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll reschedule to the next available slot at no charge.

Pricing & payment

Are the prices on your website final?

Yes — prices shown are starting prices and are honoured as quoted. Any additional step is discussed and approved by you before it's done, with a written quote first.

Do you offer EMI?

Yes, for higher-value treatments (implants, aligners, hair transplants). EMI options start at 0% for 3 months on most banks.

Is treatment really 'painless'?

With modern anaesthesia and gentle technique, most patients rate procedures at 1–2/10 discomfort. We use computer-controlled anaesthesia delivery, so even the injection is gentle.

Dental

How often should I see a dentist?

Every 6 months for a check-up and cleaning. If you smoke, have diabetes or gum disease, every 3–4 months is better.

Is a root canal really necessary?

When the nerve inside a tooth is infected, the alternatives are root canal (save the tooth) or extraction (lose it and pay more later). We'll show you the X-ray and let you decide with full information.

At what age should my child first visit?

By their first birthday or first tooth, whichever comes first. Early visits make dentistry normal, not scary.

Are digital X-rays safe?

Yes — our digital X-rays use up to 90% less radiation than traditional film. We only X-ray when it changes the treatment decision.

Skin & hair

How long before I see results from acne treatment?

Active breakouts reduce in 2–4 weeks; full clearance takes 2–4 months depending on severity. Consistency with the prescribed routine matters more than anything.

Is hair fall treatment permanent?

Shedding from stress, nutrition or thyroid is reversible and stays reversed with maintenance. Genetic thinning is controllable — starting early preserves more hair for longer.

Do you test before prescribing hair treatment?

Yes — every hair case starts with trichoscopy (scalp imaging) and a blood panel covering vitamin D, B12, iron, thyroid and hormone markers. No guesswork.

Are peels and lasers safe for Indian skin?

Yes, when matched to your skin type and depth of pigmentation. We use conservative protocols on darker skin types with longer spacing between sessions.
